Fitness and helping others achieve confidence in themselves are huge passions of mine. At Studio S, I strive to guide my clientele down a path of healthy living through motivation, strong relationships, and intense workouts. In order to reach more people looking for a true workout made for real people, I recently published a DVD to help those outside my local gym.
